Penticton Lakeside Resort and Conference Centre

Had a very bad first night - very noisy in the room next door Front Desk Supervisor - Kayla I believe, took great care of us and gave us a much quieter room - without hesitation

2 small coffee pods and 2 minuscule (10 ml?) milks are not what I expected in a ‘good’ , quite expensive hotel’ room for 2 adults

Loved having a balcony, the location was great, energy-filled property, friendly/helpful staff. For the price, rooms were a bit dated and needed a bit of TLC (nothing serious, but again for the price). The beds were uncomfortable, and we happened to arrive on a big event night so the music blared until around 1 or 2am - which made for a very sleepless first night. We are also disappointed that we booked a year in advance and got a second floor, rather than a higher floor, accommodation - I suppose that was on us thought for not requesting an upper floor room.

The property is right on the lake and we had a room with a beautiful view. The have a restaurant for breakfast, a pub and a fancier restaurant as well. There is lots of room for parking. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

The hotel is nice. It is dog friendly which is fine but there were a lot of dogs, seemed more like a dog hotel. We had a yappy dog on our floor which was somewhat annoying. We could also hear everyone in the hallway. Bed was comfy and it was nice having a balcony to sit on and enjoy the lake view. Bathroom was ok, some of the tiles on the floor needed repair. It's a short walk to the lake which is nice and the Farmer's Market is right across the street on Saturdays. Lots of places to eat in the area.

Great hotel, location etc. amazing restaurant attached. Rooms need to be slightly upgraded. TV is small and old. Thermostat that controls A/C is very old.

Food was expensive and inedible, room was loud

Easy check in, room was clean, location convenient for walking. Parking was convenient and ample, but seemed a bit spendy to someone not use to paying to park.

It was the worst experience I had with this hotel. They put me in the room on top of the club and music was blasting until 2am in the morning. Front desk staffs weren’t helpful and so confused with my booking, and manager Kayla didn’t even spend enough time to understand and resolve my booking. Will never stay at this hotel again

The property was amazing and the restaurants and bar we a great meet up space for our party!
