Great waterfront location

Great staff and ideal location for those with a boat. Loved access to the marina in front. Needs maintenance or an upgrade on the rooms doors, our room door and all others on the floor were really sticky, hard to open and then loudly slam shut. Everyone could each other every time they open and close the doors.

Great location! Love the restaurant options. It's a little overpriced. My only complaint would be that the balcony wasn't swept. Would overall recommend staying here.

Nice Hotel

My husband and I stayed for 3 nights while attending a wedding in Penticton. Wonderful stay. The staff were welcoming and helpful on arrival. The room was spacious with a lovely view of the water. After traveling we greatly appreciated the comfortable bed and hot shower. In addition the hotel is well located to enjoy the lake as well as restaurants and small shops in the area. A bonus was the street fair across from the hotel on one of the days we were there. Highly recommend

We were on the second floor when we stayed at the hotel, we had a hard time sleeping because of the on and off noise and music coming from the bar downstairs where people are partying until wee hours of the morning, they turned it down but still it was still loud. We decided to stay in another hotel the next day. We ended up tired the next day and not able to do much for our vacation in Penticton.
