Penticton Lakeside Resort and Conference Centre

Friendly staff, great location

The new addition to the hotel was poorly built, you can hear everything happening in the rooms beside and above you. The lakeside used to be quiet and upscale, now it’s very rowdy and loud. The type of crowd who used to stay there is no more, I would prefer staying in a private residence next time as it’s not a relaxing vacation spent.

My only complaint would be the pool area. So Outdated and the jets don’t work

Spent the long weekend enjoying our balcony from sunrise to sunset — birds, boats, live music, and all the happenings of this thriving beach town.

Wonderful location. Walkable to restaurants, shopping, museum, rose garden, koi pond, and often events like the Saturday market.

Beautiful view and loved having breakfast on the patio.

The main building has the most spectacular views of the lake but the rooms are old and tired. The carpet looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years and the furniture, fixtures and bathroom were old and dingy. You have to contact the front desk to control the air conditioner - which was weird. Enjoyed our stay because we sat on the balcony overlooking the lake and were able to walk to restaurants and the market.
