Great location | Beach view | Easy walk to many restaurants, breweries, and beach | Friendly staff

Stayed in the west building this time. Room and bed were comfortable, and very quiet. View of the lake was good. There’s a number of restaurants and shopping in walking distance. Everything else is only a short drive.

Great location. Staff was great, except one grumpy agent. Hot tub had no jets. Pool area could ne a lot better for a quality hotel such as this.

A nice property with a great view of the lake. Dining options were excellent with wonderful staff! That said, as a former Vancouver high end hotel concierge, this property needs some room updating. Lobby has already been updated and very nice, but our room was quite "tired" looking, as well as the deck.

Beautiful and calm ambiance. The music and food are amazing and the staffs are friendly. Highly recommended

We got a super outdated room, it felt dingy, loud ac, don’t even think there was a tea fan in the bathroom. There was also a mix up at check in with giving me someone else’s room. But staff were friendly and the view was lovely. Not sure I’d come here again.
