Been here twice I’d recommend

The location is outstanding - right on the lake, close to downtown with a lot of good food and beverage options within an easy walk. The hotel room is a bit dated, our bathroom smelled like stale cigarette smoke and is in desperate need of an update- on the second day only cold water coming out of the shower.

This hotel exceeded my expectations with amenities on the property. Multiple restaurants, night life, small private beach and also secure bike storage. My check in was friendly and informative. The view from the room was stunning.

Hands down the best place to stay in penticton. Staff went above and beyond to help my parents after my father had to be hospitalized shortly after arriving. They accomodated them with a wonderful accessible room as he recovered.

The staff were welcoming and super helpful . The breakfast had lots of choices and I loved the food.

Window was smashed out of our vehicle. This is not a safe place to stay.
