Great location, walkable to restaurants, coffee shops and the beach promenade.

Wonderful front desk staff and quick to respond to our needs.

No hot water, beds felt like RV mattresses, incredibly loud, TV’s barely worked and you couldn’t search channels, hallways smelled like vomit, the carpets throughout the resort and room were disgustingly dirty. When I brought this up to the front desk, they couldn’t care less. This is our second time at this resort this year and we’ve been staying regularly for years. Last month wasn’t great but better than this experience. Doubtful that we’ll go back.

The room was clean and the front desk agent was excellent, however we were in the main building (we usually stay in the new wing) and in the main building the bed and pillows were awful. The lakefront rooms are nice, but beware of noise from the Barking Parrot if people are outdoors.

Restaurant was excellent food was superb service was very good and hotel staff were nice. The beds were very uncomfortable and the balcony was dirty but the room clean. Hopefully they upgrade the beds as we definitely will stay again!

Loved the location and the beach.

I’ve been in the service industry for years and I need to send out a kudos to Chris from the front desk he went above and beyond and treated us like one of the family thank you very much Chris and I hope the owners of that hotel know how you treat people it was great

We liked the extra security features for the building. The room was amazing and the view great. We liked the choice of 2 vegetarian options for dinner but It would have been great if there was at least one vegan/plant based option for dinner such as a veggie based bowl with tofu. Delicious meal nontheless. The bathroom was incredible with huge shower with choice of heads.
