Bluebird Sunapee

This hotel was beautiful, clean with an awesome staff. We had an emergency at home and had to cut our trip short and they were so understanding and refunded the night without even being asked, now that is customer service.

If you're skiing and Sunappe you can't get more convenient. Staff was nice enough and there's a restaurant outside the door in the same parking lot. However, my mattress was pretty uncomfortable. And worst of all, the heating system was loud as hell in the room. It would kick on, rumble for 5 minutes and then turn off. This happened every 20 minutes waking me up each time until I finally had to turn it off. It was cold in the morning.

Basic nice clean hotel closest to Sunapee Ski Resort, the rooms are basic. No coffee makers in room, you face to go to lobby. The rooms are sparse, they need hooks, shelves, a few comfortable chairs. Easy things to make is better. We are fine as stated 2 nts. A longer stay would be inconvenient w/such few amities in the room. The communal rooms were fine.

Nice update on the hotel and the rooms. Very close to Sunapee.

Exactly what i expected and as it should be.

Close to skiing at Mt Sunapee. Can walk to a damn good restaurant, Salt Hill. Hotel was convenient, clean, easy to come and go. Pool was nice apres ski. My only complaint was we needed a bottle of water for a cpap so went to the desk to get it. It was $5.00! Otherwise, clean and nice. Will stay there again.

Room was clean and spacious, seemed fairly recently renovated. Rec room, game room and pool were a hit with the kids! Nice to have.

Room was above pool and had a bad smell. Pool smell also very strong (not like chlorine, not sure what the smell was)

Nice sizable clean rooms, good lounge areas on bottom floor and main floor with family games, close to ski resort

For the price ($340/night), I wish this hotel served an included buffet breakfast and being a ski hotel it should also have a hot tub.
