Near the beach very nice atmosphere good rooms very nice and clean the staff it was very friendly

Great Hotel and Staff! From start until the end, everyone (reception, restaurant, bar, cleaning, Hotel management ) was very supporting and extremely friendly. The room was very clean, modern and fulfills all needs. The buffet was great, too. The special dishes had very good seasening and were always delicious! The sand beach was only 150 meters away. We two asian sisters love this place!

We recently stayed at Hersonissos Palace and unfortunately, our experience did not reflect the 5-star rating the hotel advertises. In reality, it felt closer to a 3-star property at best. While some of the rooms appear to have been upgraded, the overall condition and cleanliness were disappointing. The carpets were dirty, and on one occasion our room wasn’t cleaned at all. The toilet was left filthy, the shower leaked onto the bathroom floor, and housekeeping only left us with one towel. Tea and coffee supplies were not replenished during our stay, which is something you would expect as standard in a hotel of this supposed level. We had a sea view room, which unfortunately came with significant noise. While this may not entirely be the hotel’s fault, it did impact our ability to relax. The balcony was very small with loose floor tiles that didn’t feel safe or well maintained. The view itself was also poor and not what we expected. The all-inclusive package was another letdown. Drinks were low quality, and there were no snacks available outside of set meal times, which is surprising for an all-inclusive resort. Cappuccino and other speciality coffees were available at breakfast, but throughout the rest of the day these had to be paid for, which again feels inconsistent with a 5-star all-inclusive experience. The package includes one visit per week to the beach bar for burgers. While the food quality there was nice, the service was extremely slow and the food arrived cold. That said, the lady working there was very efficient and helpful, and she was one of the few positive aspects of the service we experienced. Overall, we found the staff generally unfriendly and not particularly welcoming, which added to the disappointment. In summary, this hotel does not meet 5-star expectations in terms of cleanliness, service, maintenance, or overall all-inclusive value. We would not return and would advise others to manage their expectations carefully before booking.

This is an honest review, please don’t expect 5 star like you get in Spain because it’s not. It’s probably a 3.5 star, however we had a great stay at the hotel. ok it’s not luxury, and it looks tired but the food and staff were brilliant, location was perfect. Right off the main prom with plenty of choices for food and drinks. Rooms were comfy and very clean, we didn’t have the best view but we only slept there. For the price we paid we were pleased and I would visit again.

Not a 4 or 5 star? €105.00 tax = €15.00 per night?? Not suitable for families with young children as there is no children's pool. Limited sun beds when you can use one. Some staff are so rude. Fridge in room, warm to touch. Safe in top draw, you need to open bottom draw to get to it. No Allergen information about food being served. Filthy carpets on all floors to rooms. Balconies not cleaned at all. Outside extension to restaurent is part of the pathway and road where parked cars are with roaming cats. Pathway across from hotel extremely dangerous and unsafe especially if you have walking issues or pushchairs / Wheelchairs. Lifts are cramped and tight for space. 2 suitcases and 2 people the lift is full. Unpleasant odour of grease from the lift shaft. No entertainment at all. Bar in main reception area not open at all, on the bar is some sort of drink that gets refilled. Stairs into hotel are steep. Overall - very dull and depressing, Overrated as it's more like a hostel.

Lovely staff very clean hotel great food Unfortunately there was an incident around the pool and a fight broke out the bar man tried to to intervene but to no avail eventually it ended but they were allowed to stay at the hotel so felt vulnerable and uneasy really spoilt which would have been a great holiday
