No está cerca a alguna playa si quieres un lugar cerca a la zona hotelera o playas no recomiendo este hotel, si solo quieres ir a la isla de los flamencos recomiendo solo pagar el pase de día

Perfect resort for a getaway. This is my second time visiting this year. What makes it special are the staff who pay incredible attention to the guests. Special shout out to Jose Miguel at Sole who makes the best drinks and makes the pool bar visits so fun and memorable. Will definitely continue coming back to the Renaissance for our Aruba vacations.

This resort was amazing. The pool was great and flamingo island was even better. The Bellman; Ceasar, was very helpful whenever we needed directions to local establishments.

We stayed at the Renaissance Wind Creek Aruba Resort in April 2026 and had a disappointing experience with the handling of a billing issue related to a Dushi beach dinner reservation. At the time of booking, we were charged for 4 adults even though the reservation clearly included 2 adults and 2 children under the children-free promotion. During our stay, multiple staff members acknowledged the mistake and assured us the difference would be refunded. We also received written confirmation by email stating the refund was being processed and would take up to 10 business days. Unfortunately, more than a month later, no refund was issued and repeated follow-up emails either went unanswered or resulted in vague responses with no resolution. The most frustrating part was not the original mistake, but the lack of follow-through and communication afterward. For a resort of this level, I expected much better customer service and accountability. The property itself is beautiful and we otherwise enjoyed parts of our stay, but the handling of this issue left a very negative impression.
