Good value and clean

For the price point the hotel is ok with good staff, and in a good location. However, it is looking a bit aged and is next to bar who empty’s glass bins at 08:00...shockingly loud noise for your free alarm clock!

Everything about this hotel was truly bad! The position, the rooms where you can hear the guests passing in the corridors, the poor state of structure itself, the smell in the room, the tiny bathroom with poor water pressure. But the worst part is the staff. When I asked for the second key for our double room, the answer was: we are out of keys so Use the one we have you. Never again we will stay there! NEVER!

The room was small and the hotel misrepresented what they were offering. I was over charged and despite my complaint the room was not changed.

It would have been good to have tea or coffee making facilities in the room and 4€ for a small bottle of water that wasn’t even chilled was way too expensive. The room was however comfortable

Very nice property and great location. Breakfast was good. Only issue is that the hotel is old. If you’re looking for a clean hotel in the heart of the shopping and restaurant district, this is the place for you.

Great location in the city. Staff were very helpful.

The location is absolutely great for exploring Stuttgart downtown. Although on a busy pedestrianized street, many rooms face into a yard which eliminates all the noise. Had a comfort single room which was fairly newly renovated, nothing to fault really. Will be returning again.

Economical property near downtown and U-Bahn/S-Bahn station. Plenty of restaurants and shops around. Everything was fine except that I arrived at 9 am off an international flight. They let me fill in the guest form at registration, then simply said, "Check-in time is 2 pm". Surely they could have offered me a room a little sooner?
