Hotel Boulevard

Overall the location of the hotel was great with easy access to the main shopping street. My room however was extremely noisy and I was unable to sleep.

No TV working for my stay of 3 nights --staff just kept blaming management for not fixing cable...didn't really care :-(

Nice room, but very small and no air conditioning. We were placed in a room that was next to construction and it was very loud. It woke us up very early the next day. We only booked one night, otherwise we would have asked to be placed away from it. I don't understand why they would place anyone next to the construction.

The hotel is old and tired. It was noisy and a hot. The staff were nonplussed but the location is fantastic.

This is a good location, Stuttgart is a great city and this hotel is a average place to stay. It’s clean and easy to get to, had great beds with memory foam mattresses, comfortable and nice bedding however a bit dated and staff are very unfriendly and very uninterested. Not even a good morning or hello as you enter or leave. The bathroom has a small bath with a ledge inside which is a hazard to say the least and it’s a bit of a hike from the lift to the rooms. There is a large presence of homeless or drunk people who seem to congregate outside the front of the hotel but it is a short walk to the s-Bahn (tube station) and only a five minute walk to the nicer part of the city. Don’t fe pressured to eat breakfast at the hotel( they will try) there is literally a coffee shop/ bakery two doors down opposite the Pizza Hut next to the tube station which is more than adequate and had a wide selection of croissants, sandwiches and coffee.

There is no air conditioning and the weather was hot. We left the windows open but there were no screens and we ended up with numerous mosquito bites. Also, the staff at the restaurant next door sits outside talking very loudly at midnight. It was difficult to sleep.

Simple, clean room, just fine for one person. Staff very helpful with storing luggage temporarily.

Reception is staffed 24 hours. The rooms are large and have a built-in safe for valuables. Our bath was a "sitting" bath and therefore very small for a 6'5" man! Our room had air conditioning which was much needed during our stay.

I arrived in July and it turned out the whole building was incredible hot from the walk way until inside the room. I asked for a fan but they said they had only one which they are using. On the next day, my daughter arrived and dropped me a fan at the reception, he said he had one why we did not ask for.. Anyway, the room I got was close to the construction where a construction ladder was next to my window which anyone can easily walk into my room. This didn‘t make me feel safe at all. However, the location is good. Exactly in the city where I can walk around, but it‘s super hard to find a parking spot.
