Please note that all guests must sign the property’s Terms of Stay and provide a credit card on arrival for pre-authorization of $50 per night to guarantee incidentals, the pre-authorization automatically releases post check out (this might take 5-10 business days to be processed by the banks). Please note that there is a 1.5% charge when you pay with a credit card. Please note that there is a 3% charge when you pay with American Express and 2.5% for Diners Club. Please note that the hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize the credit card any time after the booking is made. Please note that Flagstaff Gardens Hotel will be undergoing a progressive refurbishment from 16 March through to mid-October 2026. The hotel will remain operational during this time; however, some areas may be temporarily unavailable, and guests may experience intermittent noise during standard daytime working hours. All efforts will be made to minimize disruption.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.
