Great location across the road from Flagstone Gardens close to Victoria Markets & easy walking distance to Melbourne central. Public transport nearby Friendly staff. Restaurant downstairs serves breakfast buffet.

It is an older hotel with older furnishings but with refurbished bathroom is still very comfortable

Hotel location is ideal, really close to Flagstaff train station, as well as tram. Walking distance to Victoria market, opposite Flagstaff Gardens. Room was really spacious and had everything we needed. Reception staff friendly and helpful.

Only a little thing but my partner and I found the doona ‘too warm’. Even though we had turned off the room heating, we slept most of the night just under the sheet, and that was fine
