I absolutely loved our stay at Novotel Hotel and highly recommend it to friends and family. The experience was wonderful, and we definitely plan to stay here again in the future. I was there for a show it’s so convenient great facilities so peaceful and quiet all staff are so courteous and very helpful.great food court and a seperate restaurant that is very good on the first floor.hard to find fault at such a great place.

"Very happy with hotel stay."

Our room was spacious very clean and the bed was so very comfortable. The hotel was modern in design and it was obvious that it has been well maintained. Had diner in the hotel restaurant and the food was delicious. The staff were helpful and friendly. If we are in the area in the future we will definitely stay at the Novotel. Parking is good and there is a lot to do in the area.

"Ok stay"

I felt I was in tv show Dexter all the red. Lightning could have been better. Was not told the gym and pool were public. Surcharge was so expensive. No shuttle service you need a car to get anywhere. Room was always clean, breakfast was expensive.

I would say that the rooms in this hotel are possibly the best I’ve ever stayed in. They are spacious, and extremely well appointed. The hotel is quiet and beautifully serviced daily. Staff are helpful and friendly. We’ve stayed here twice now, visiting from Perth. We have an unwell relative nearby in Rooty Hill. Buses are reliable and bus stops are handy. An excellent stay and hopefully we will be back.
