I liked the availability to get a room same day.

There wasnt any products stocked in my bathroom. I felt there should have been some updated doors and walls for the room I was jn for the price I was paying. Cracked walls and the door to the bathroom looked like it had been kicked in before.

The bed was decently comfortable and breakfast area was clean.

The 1st room we were given was filthy (floor not swept or mopped, pubic hairs and pee on the toilet, sticky stuff inside of the fridge), the handle on the bathroom door was falling off. Asked for a new room and that room wasn't very clean either, but at least the toilet was clean). The air conditioner didn't work properly. The room smelled musty and everything felt damp and humid. The microwave hadn't been cleaned. The main door to the room stuck, so it had to be shoved hard to even open. When I told the person at the desk about the state of the first room, they didn't apologize, just handed me a new keycard for a different room. The website claims it's been remodeled, but the only part that seemed new was vinyl flooring instead of carpet.

The location.

Doors slamming in other rooms in the hallway. Just trying to sleep and a door would slamming from another room in the hallway.

The staff was very welcoming even though he was injured himself. Made us feel comfortable and told us the detail of where everything is. The thing I liked the most was the little snack convention, not too pricey either.

Honestly there was nothing to dislike. Nice area

Breakfast and the attendant were very helpful. The restaurant staff was wonderful even with their waitress being late. Renovations seem to be half or less than complete....fans in hallways to dry rooms out, boards leaning against machines. The swimming area REALLY needs a touch up...the emergency pole is longer than the pool itself. Slimy textured water. To sleep....just fine...for family entertainment....pass. great location, just needs the renovations completed.

The staff was super accommodating and our room was much nicer than we expected. The pool was small but well kept. they opened up the breakfast room early each day and as I am an early riser this was very nice.

No workout room.
