Our room was hot. Reported 3 times. Air conditioner did not work and staff replied there was no fan. Reported again upon check out and staff said "I'm sorry".

The location was nice.

Not the place to stay if you are a solo female traveler. It did not feel safe. I had a “do not disturb” sign for obvious reasons that was NOT respected so I left a night early. Many males hanging around the parking lot and lobby areas. There was mold on the hair dryer bag and the chair was dirty. Thin walls, very thin walls, could hear the people talking upstairs. Lamp didn’t work. The lock on the door did not feel as secure as it could have been. No dead bolt. The outside door next to my room was not latching right. I thought the good reviews would outweigh the bad, but it was very dirty hotel room. The hot breakfast food was not edible.

The place was very neat and clean. The complimentary breakfast was decent.

My room had no coffee machine, had one little bar of soap on the bathroom sink.. nothing for the shower, no soap in the shower, no shampoo, no conditioner. When I asked them for some, the answer was, unfortunately, we don't have that.

Comfortable room, the restaurant attached, great breakfast, great location, great staff

The building was chilly, and the pool was nice but also a bit chilly.
