Má limpeza desde a entrada no hotel até ao quarto. Cheiro a pó. Carpetes e revestimento do chão antigo e a descolar-se do chão. Relva sintética velha na varanda. Casa de banho com acesso difícil à banheira. Mau isolamento acústico.
