Il est sûr que nous n’avons pas payé cher avec notre bonus mais alors je ne recommande cet hôtel a personne !!! Premièrement l’hôtesse à l’accueil est toujours au téléphone et ne s’intéresse pas trop aux clients qui arrivent ! Et surtout le personnel de l’hôtel ne fait pas respecter le port du masque aux clients les mesures COVID-19 sont inexistantes !! La salle de bain est dans un état lamentable, avec un rideau de douche qui laisse à désirer quant à sa propreté 4 étoile ? J’en mettrais 1 pas plus

Nel complesso albergo piacevole e staff cordiale, ma arrivati siamo stati assegnati ad una stanza con una puzza terribile dello scarico. Spostati in un altra camera la situazione non è cambiata e in generale la pulizia ha lasciato a desiderare. In generale non da albergo da 4 stelle.

Camera con arredamento vecchissimo e anche trascurato. Terrazzo fatiscente. Vasca idromassaggio poco pulita e senza tappo quindi senza possibilità di riempirla e perciò di utilizzarla. Alla nostra richiesta di avere un tappo per la vasca ne hanno portato uno ma comunque l’ingranaggio per chiuderlo era rotto e quindi piano piano la vasca si svuotava.
