"Pleasant but wish the water was cleaner"

It was a great location and their room service was delicious

The shower water is brown in colour for the first few mins before it turns clean. Which did not look clean.

The staff here are very friendly and helpful, esoecially the driver ( Ridwan). The breakfast is good, the fried noodles/rice are delicious. Free transfer service from the harbourbay to the hotel and from the hotel to the harbourbay. In addition, free drop-off services are provided from the hotel to nearby shopping malls.
