Staffs at main reception and breakfast restaurant were friendly and helpful.

Room was poorly maintained. Toilet flush was spoilt, wash basin was choked, bath tub drains very slowly, bathroom door dampener was broken, Tv volume changes up and down during a program without the remote control being touched, wardrobe doors do not close flush, safe not operational.

All hotel staffs were very polite, welcoming, helpful, friendly, prompt. We also received Complimentary free transportation service back and fro from Habour Bay Ferry Terminal to AP Premier Batam. about 10 mins travel or lesser depending on traffic to reach hotel from Habour bay ferry terminal. We book a Deluxe King Room. Amenities given in the bathroom with bathtub, small fridge, electric kettle. Make-up room service everyday. Breakfast was satisfactory. Overall we had a good time for a short get away trip.

I think that some materials/things in the room should be refurbish/replaced.

Staffs are polite

The room is quite run down. The tooth brush quality is not so good. Bath room didn't provide any hooks. Noisy in the night as there is some kind of compressor running.
