GBWe visit here as a family 3/4 times a year. We normally have a comfortable stay. We like the location too. The young lady on bar Saturday morning is always very nice and Gabon is very nice and polite always happy to help.
My room wasn’t hoovered on my entrance, the fridge didn’t work neither did my hairdryer. The room was very hot even with a fan on. The tables in the bar area wasn’t cleaned full of dirty plates and glasses.
Last Sunday we were let down by the Radisson Blu in Sheffield after arriving to find that, despite booking and paying for two double rooms through Booking.com, they were unable to locate our reservation. Fortunately, we called the Novotel Sheffield and spoke with Evan, who confirmed that two rooms were available. When we arrived, Evan gave us a very warm welcome and checked us in quickly and efficiently. He also kindly upgraded us to Executive Rooms, which was a lovely touch. We had a wonderful stay from start to finish. The hotel was excellent, the rooms were spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped, and all of the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful — nothing was too much trouble. We also enjoyed breakfast the following morning, which had a great selection of food to choose from. A big thank you to Evan and the team for turning a stressful situation into such a positive experience. We would definitely stay here again when visiting Sheffield.

GBThe venue itself was fantastic, the staff were so polite and professional and the restaurant food was absolutely delicious! The cleaning service was also fantastic - it was a lovely surprise to see my room cleaned when I was out. I thought I had missed the time. Definitely a great stay.
The only thing was the tiny pool which would be hard to use if 8 people (including children) are in there at once I am used to a bigger pool! But everything else was excellent.
