No air conditioning however understandably it was exceptionally hot weather
GBFacilities were fantastic and the staff always available to help.....nothing was too much trouble, provided a wheelchair when it was unexpectedly needed. Will definitely stay again.

This hotel does not have air conditioning. We stayed at a period where the heat wave was incoming. We enquired why the air conditioning was weak in our room. We were told that it was advertised that there was no a/c in the room. We were provided with a fan instead. I rechecked their listing, it just says they provide heating. So, there's your misguided advertising. I would avoid this hotel at all costs during summer.

the cleaning was not very good which is never a good sign, room was very stuffy and i couldn't see how to control it but was noisy with the window open
