Sent here by Qantas due to PPPlanning when they failed to connect us to our onward flight (hopeless!). Why they chose to send us a 1/2 hour taxi ride from the airport is anyone's guess. However... The hotel staff were really friendly and helpful , rooms were clean, if a little "tired", beds were comfy and linen was nice. Good pressure in the shower. Breakfast buffet had a wide ranging selection from hot to cold, cereals, fruit, various teas and coffee. Can't comment on any other food as there wasn't a lunch offering and we had to be back at the airport before the restaurant opened.

Beds are very old and sunken mattress. Fold out bed was broken and unusable. Replaced with a roll out bed at 11pm that was also broken. Very uncomfortable sleep.

The bed was comfortable

Cleanliness, lamp didn’t work, AC didn’t work. No shower hat. Needs an update and routine service. Paid for breakfast. Was packing it up before 10am. Didn’t get one. No big deal, just wanted an egg on toast.

The hallways smell badly the hotel is very outdated for the money, rooms very outdated fridge didn’t really work the freezer section was frozen solid, needs an overhaul desperately there was used dinner plates etc all along the hallway not removed not a great look
