Breezes Resort Bahamas All Inclusive

Many aspects of our stay met or exceeded our expectations - the only reason for a 4 instead of 5 star rating was wifi was down for three days and no acknowledgment or attempt to compensate. We are an active couple and the entertainment crew were exceptional! Thank you D’von, Linden, Audreka, Shakeyra and RJay! 🫶🏐 you all made our stay great (take care of that beach volleyball court for our return 🤩) Food was excellent - we ate at the series of restaurants for our dinners and found those menus plus lunch and breakfast buffet selections to be healthy and very tasty. Breezes had a warm & friendly, home-like feel and we will likely be back (if they assure us they have upgraded their wifi infrastructure 😆) Cheers! 🥂 Matthew and Teresa 💍

We had a nice, comfortable room with a king size bed, full view of the pool and a partial view of the ocean. Unfortunately, that also meant we were on the noisy side of the resort, able to hear the loud music and events that took place each day near the pool. And then at night, we could clearly hear the band that played every evening, however, that usually ended around midnight. I did some research before booking the resort reservation and was aware that it could be noisy if our room was facing the pool, so I wasn't surprised. Hotel staff were pleasant and the property was clean and in good condition. Sure, the rooms and general decor need to be updated and/or renovated but it's not a rundown or shabby hotel; it looked to be well maintained. We were there for a week beginning January 3, 2026, and it was the beach that was the real highlight of our holiday; it was excellent! It's a white sand beach with no pebbles or stones in the way, as you walk into the water. Overall we had no issues during our stay at Breezes. We liked that it was adults-only, and we liked that it was all-inclusive.

Week of Saturday January 3 to Friday January 9, 2026. There was 10 of us in a group (ages 60 to 74). We did our research ahead of time and knew what to expect about the resort. We were greeted at the front lobby by Douglas and Manny and the fun began from then on. Yes, the resort is older, it's extremely clean, the beds are very comfortable, the AC works well in the room. We go to a lot of all-inclusive resorts, and we found the food to be way above average. The beach is wonderful with plenty of chairs. The pool bar staff, Destiny and Hananand, were always friendly, the entertainment staff were always trying to engage everyone all day and night to participate in activities. We would come back again if looking for all-inclusive resort in Nassau. Thanks for a Great Week

Breezes hotel is a hidden gem. Beautiful location (the beach is breath taking), clean rooms and excellent options for food. The staff, RJay, Gino and Audreka were hospitable, fun and tried very hard to connect with us. Much appreciated. Julien at the bar was also amazing. Nassau is a very safe, friendly place to travel.

I recently stayed at Breezes Resort in Nassau, Bahamas for a three-night, pre-Christmas birthday getaway, and I’m so glad I chose this resort. As a member of the Fire Department of New York City, I was looking for a true escape from a fast-paced lifestyle, and Breezes delivered a relaxing, beautiful experience with an incredible staff. While everyone was welcoming, Joseph Higgs from the entertainment team truly stood out. His positive energy and inviting personality made my best friend and me feel included from day one. He even convinced me—someone who is not athletic at all—to try beach volleyball, and he got us both to sing karaoke, including a song with him. His ability to bring guests together made the trip feel like we were vacationing with friends. Because of staff members like Joseph, I’ll be returning to Nassau this year—and I don’t see myself staying anywhere other than Breezes again.

The hotel and food are very, very poor. The rooms are dingy, and the water pressure in the shower was barely a trickle. The service is not pleasant. If you want to relax by the pool, there's no chance – the music drowns everything out. The management that responds to critical reviews unfortunately writes untruths (they are probably frustrated).

Solid 3!!! After reading all the reviews for the past year , I expected exactly what we experienced!!! Nice rooms, great bed,AC, showers and safe. No fridge or balcony but great view!!! Front desk…not friendly at all. Extremely slow!!! We stayed for 6 days and only saw one day of activities at the pool. Plenty of chairs and towels at beach and pools. Too cool to swim. Food….breakfast was the best. But they do not keep food out the entire time for any meals. Wait staff was horrible …. We waited on ourselves even after leaving gracious tips. Lunch buffet was meager. We ate at the grill outside. We had a hard time understanding why the help was useless in the buffet. Bar service slow, 3 days went by with them telling me they didn’t have Ingredients for a mud slide. One beer on tap. BIG shout out for New Year’s Eve dinner. Incredible. Lobster, lamb, anything and everything was delicious!!! They should be proud of the presentation and food. Ten out of ten!!! Getting our own drinks and cleaning our table didn’t phase us bc the food was so good. The party was fun and music was great to bring in the new year!!! The parade in the lobby was the icing on the cake. We ate out many meals the rest of the time. Like I said a solid 3.

Description does not meet up with what we experienced. Let me break it down. staff was always friendly and cheerful. The resort itself is old and run down. It very much needs a full remodel. The room are not even suites. I would describe the rooms and just an ordinary hotel room. NO FRIDGES in any of the rooms unless you want to pay for it. The entertainment crew tried their best with different games. But I wouldn't call it pool side entertainment. Its more like back yard/camp games. The evening entertainment is live music and a live band and they were ok . Since we were there for Christmas, the entertainment crew did put together a special show which I will say wasn't half bad. I give them credit for all the work they put into it. The food was sub par. Service at the restaurants was poor. The hostess was VERY unfriendly and at one point myself and another guest went to the front desk to complain about the poor service and the hostess. We walked it the Asian restaurant and there were several other guests waiting to be seated. We were told it would be a 45 minutes wait. I decided to poke my head into the restaurant and not only noticed that not a single person was sitting at the bar but there were 8 separate 4 top tables set for service yet not a single guest was in them. It wasn't until complaints were made that they finally seated guests. They offer limited alcohol selections. Their Rums, vodkas and whiskeys. If you want "high end" then you need to go the piano bar and they is mostly whiskeys and bourbons. And last but not least.....the day after Christmas, I went into our bathroom , flipped on the light and a COCKROACH , YES A COCKROACH raced across the floor from under our bathroom sink!!! I screamed bloody murder, ran out of the bathroom, told my husband. He thought I was joking until he went in and placed a cup over it while I called down to the front desk and told them what was happening. I told the front desk that I wanted a new room immediately. They told me that they could not do that but they would send housekeeping up immediately and spray the room!!! SPRAY the Room??? I said what good it that going to do when I have no idea if this thing has crawled around in my shoes!!! We were forced to stay in the room as they had nothing available right away and was told to go down the front desk around 11 am as that is check out and there would be more availability. Which is what i did only to be told they could not guarentee me a new room and I might be able to get a new room after 3 or 4 pm!! I told them to forget as I was not going to wait that long for anew room when I requested it last night when the incident happened. I asked to be comped and the girl looked at me like I was speaking Greek. She asked me to give her a few minutes while she spoke with the manager. In the mean time I went back to our room to let my husband know what was going on since he was packing to move rooms! I came back to the front desk and I was informed that I would be comped "Breezes Bucks" which I could use towards late check out, the gift shop, the spa , or towards motorized water sports. NONE of which I would of been able to use. I asked to have a portion of our resort stay reimbursed and was immediately shut down. SOOOOO not worth what they are charging. Only reason Im giving 2 stars is because the entertainment crew was fun , friendly and always willing to just chit chat with you.

This was an excellent way to spend the holidays with the family. The staff were very polite and professional. The rooms were clean, the beach was great. The excursions were really fun. We were close enough to other larger resorts as well that we were able to enjoy events in multiple places. Was able to do a city tour though Lady M. Carla was a wonderful tour guide. Very accommodating. Overall 10 out of 10 would recommend. Definitely going back.
