Renvyle House Hotel & Resort

Had the most enjoyable time at this hotel. The food was superb and the staff were so friendly and helpful. The sun shone down on us. I loved the peace and tranquility and the spectacular views. Looking forward to a return visit in the near future.

Amazing little place tucked away in the Connemara region. Truly a special find. The staff was amazing. I cannot say enough about the General Manager, Anne Marie. She was delightful and so kind! From the time you walk in you feel like you are at home. A very cozy spot on the water. The rooms are well appointed and the bathrooms lovely. The surprise for us was the amazing food. Everything was prepared beautifully and delicious. We dined both in the pub and in the main dining room so we got to experience both. Highly recommend doing the dinner in the main dining room at least once while you are on property. This may be out of the way, but very much worth the drive. It is tucked away off the main road. They have everything you need for a quiet, restful time. There is a really nice pool and yard area for games, plus tennis courts. The grounds a beautiful to walk.

First and lasting impressions always count . From the minute we entered this 'stress free zone ' you can feel the ambience'. Talk about 'a haven of peace' once home to the O flahertys this house is steeped in history. Lake on one side and sea on the other side it is truly a hidden gem . Ann Marie and her team are amazing . A big céad míle fáilte on arrival and it so lovely to sit around the beautiful fire. Nothing was a problem to the staff and we were made feel more than welcome in this hidden gem . The rooms were so comfy with views in every room that we had. The dinner was to die for . Go raibh míle maith agaibh Ann Marie. Tá áit fíorálainn agaibh í Connemara. Beidh muid ar ais .

My home away from home and most favorite place to get away. We've been going to Renvyle House for the past 14 years and every visit is absolutely AMAZING. Anne Marie always makes you feel like family, enjoy all the chats. The Staff deliver Superior service and always friendly and helpful. The food is unbelievable :) Have never ordered anything I didn't like. For anyone contemplating a trip to Renvyle I Highly recommend it... I promise you will not be disappointed. Another beautiful break in Renvyle house. We always love it here and the staff are so accommodating and efficient. Bed was very comfortable and breakfast excellent with a wide range of foods to choose from. The weather was wonderful so we were able to walk around the grounds and admire the scenery. Thankyou to Ann Marie and everyone.

I have just returned from a 5 day break at Renvyle House Hotel. This is my 3rd visit to this superb hotel. AnneMaire warmly greets each guest on arrival and her staff are both friendly and efficient. Special mention has to be made of Julie the chef, her food is exceptional, and Martin who manages the restaurant so efficiently. Other highlights of my stay include the homely and relaxing atmosphere, the harpist playing in the lounge after dinner, and the play held weekly in the library. I hope my 4th visit will take place in the not too distant future.

So enjoyed the dramatic recital by Tegolin and Sean, and the soothing harpist as we chilled in the lounge after dinner Thank you AnneMarie and all your staff Got a bit of walking done ands I I felt I had earned a few of these treats Will e back ,provided you have me! I felt so warmly received by everyone. It was a beautiful historic place and I’m happy that I made the drive. What a lovely time. My particularly liked the musicians in the bar. The manager showed us our parking spot directly by walking in front of our car was very sweet. It was a nice wonderful place.
