"Handy for a late night ferry arrival."

Check in was quick. Room was clean and spacious.

Sofa bed was really uncomfortable and metal parts are pretty dangerous for children. The mattress was really uncomfortable and you felt like you were sleeping on springs. Staff at check-in were fine but pretty non-existent around the breakfast prep area. Need quicker toasters as there was a queue and your breakfast got cold by the time your toast was ready. Tables were not cleaned quick enough to cater for all the guests. Saw someone with a cleaning spray and cloth, cleaning her own table !
