Rooms were spacious and good breakfast and good value for money. Would definitely stay again

Stayed here many times. Always very clean, comfortable beds, friendly staff, great breakfast. This time due to nature of visit had to book in/out night by night. One of these we had a problem with the air conditioner now working. Eathan came to check problem but could not get working. No problem at all. He went back to reception, sorted out a new room, checked the air con worked, collected us to show us to new room. Thank you. X

The staff were all very friendly with a real genuine desire to help me at every opportunity, the A/C in the first room was faulty so a maintenance man attempted to fix it with a very positive and helpful attitude but was unable to do so, then Darren got us moved to a new room that evening without us even being in the hotel till later that night so left a hand written note in our original room to explain the situation, this is exceptional sevice. All should be commended.

Outside areas could do with a refresh

Extremely comfortable bed

Musty smell in the rooms

Staff it was very lovely and nice.

Food choose it was very poor, not too many options at least for kids.

Breakfast good, location excellent

Bed could be a little softer.
