Very helpful, welcoming staff. Had a double room rather than twin requested due to booking.com set up. I asked for bedding for the sofa bed and that was provided with no issue. Air conditioning was excellent! Main reason why I booked the hotel. My bed was comfortable. Sofabed not so comfortable but reasonable for one night. Breakfast options were good and nice to have it included. Parking was £7 for night which was reasonable.

Location was not ideal as not much in the area but good for access to A3. Difficult to turn right into the hotel from the main road and hard to see signs in time. So i missed it and needed to turn back. Also could not access the Shell petrol station directly from hotel by which was disappointing as it was a busy road. Floor of bathroom was not very clean but everything else was.

Very spacious and clean room. Comfy bed. Great shower. Love an included breakfast!! Lots of cheap parking.

A little further away from Historic dockyards area than we realised, but we had a car
