Todo estuvo excelente, hay centro comercial cercano, la ubicación es excelente para quien quiere descansar y alejarse un poco del bullicio nocturno propio de Acapulco

"VACACIONES PARA MI PEQUEÑA"

LO QUE MAS ME INTERESABA ERA QUE MI PEQUEÑA ESTUVIERA EN UN LUGAR DONDE SE DIVIRTIERA Y GOZARA AUNQUE FUERA POR POCOS DIAS EL SOL, EL AGUA QUE LE ENCANTA Y DONDE ESTUVIERA EN UN LUGAR SIN PELIGROS.

"FUNCIONAL"

Habitaciones funcionales, el bar de la alberca nunca dio servicio, el elevador falla mucho la mayoría de las veces tuvimos que subir por las escaleras, sólo sirven desayunos los fines de semana así que todos los alimentos hay que conseguirlos fuera, demasiado lejos de la costera, mi última noche encontramos una cucaracha en el área de la alberca y en los juegos infantiles demasiadas hormigas rojas, olor a húmedad sobre los pasillos y si necesitas algo tienes que bajar a la recepción a informar por que las habitaciones no cuentan con teléfono

"Observacioes"

Los colchones muy desgastados,el aire acondicionado no funciona correctamente,falta una mesa con sombrilla en las terrazas pra tardear o amanecer ,no tiene teléfono los cuartos de terrazas

"un fin de semana inolvidable"

El personal siempre fue amable, en cualquier horario y siempre es muy agradable la estancia, aunque un poco descuidado nuestra estancia fue muy placentera. Sólo q deberían de hacer el cambio en el elevador porq ya se nota muy descuidado. Gracias

Hotel muy viejo. Mal servicio. No tienen servicios básicos como tel en la habitación. Servicio a habitación. No tiene restaurant. Solo desayuno. No lo recomiendo. Esta muy caro para ofrece

"Regular pero económico"

Es la primera vez que me cobran el estacionamiento de mi vehículo y encima de todo no se hacen responsables de nada al pagar su estacionamiento. El servicio es muy regular, la alberca está muy sucia y no tienen a nadie al pendiente de tus necesidades en ninguna parte del hotel.
