"HOTEL EN LA PARTE VIEJA DE ACAPULCO, "

El hotel es un edificio viejo con mantenimiento adecuado, el personal muy atento y dispuesto a resolver los problemas que se les plantean. Sus habitaciones cómodas pero con un defecto, el agua caliente es escasa. otra debilidad es que en puentes con alta ocupación los restaurantes están cerrados "porque no es temporada"

La estancia fue agradable, el personal muy amable y siempre con disposición a ayudarte la tienda del hotel tiene precios muy accesibles y permite al huésped, de acuerdo a su presupuesto, consumir alimentos en sus instalaciones- Hermosos jardines y área para niños.

"Excelente servicio"

El personal es totalmente accesible y muy profesional. Yo cambiaria solo 2 cosas, las villas no cuentan con iluminacion en la noche, ni focos tienen. Y el hotel no cuenta con servicio a las habitaciones, lo cual es muy incomodo, por que el hotel esta alejado de via principal. Fuera de eso, lo rescata bastante las finas atenciones del personal.
