"Needs improvement!"

The hotel needs a lot of work. My room had missing lightbulbs, the headshower was broken. I asked for another towel, but I never got it. The AC was noisy. I wouldn't recommend.

"Mal servicio"

Pues definitivamente mal en cuanto al servicio y la atención del personal ya que las habitaciones tenían pésimo el servicio de calefacción había cucarachas el servicio pésimo de la Srita de recepción. En Acapulco había mucha gente y todos los accesos estaban muy complicado
