"digno de mejor suerte..."

El personal en general súmamente amable, pero las instalaciones están en estado deplorable. El mantenimiento general es urgente. En la habitación al llegar encontramos excremento de algún animal, no se si rata, ratón o cuija, pero de lo que haya sido era bastante desagradable. Pedimos cambio de habitación, pero dijeron que estaban llenos. La persiana rota; el techo del baño descarapelado; desagüe de regadera tapado; toallas deshilachadas y rotas; soporte de aro de toallero sin aro: MUY PELIGROSO; no dan toalla de manos; aire acondicionado no sirve, está roto, muy ruidoso y sale el aire a 26 o 27 grados solamente; cama extradura; la base de la cama en malas condiciones. Terraza Sky View desaprovechada: inaccesible. Después de la una de la tarde no hay servicio de restaurante y en el minisuper tenían salchichas para hotdogs que parecían momificadas. Deja mucho que desear. Con un poco de mantenimiento y de trabajo a conciencia haría la diferencia y lo subiría de categoría. Para entrar a la regadera es muy difícil y no hay de donde sostenerse, es muy peligrosa porque además el piso de la regadera es muy resbaloso.

El hotel es muy viejo ya, tiene muy mala limpieza tienes que ir a recepción a pedir toallas para la habitación papel, etc lo único bueno es la vista a la bahía de Santa Lucía lejos de ahí la ubicación es muy mala mucho tráfico para llegar al hotel

"Hotel Aristos Acapulco"

El hotel en malas condiciones, la tina de baño inservible, el agua escurriendo por los pasillos por falta de mantenimiento, la taza del baño en pésimas condiciones de limpieza y estado de uso hay que destaoar el tanque para poder cerrar el flujo del agua, no hay teléfono, la tv no funciona, no hay internet, el estacionamiento está muy alejado del hotel, no hay valet parking, en general nada más que un lugar para medio dormir.
