"Great facilities just alot of noise from construction work people."

The room, pool and gym

The noise coming from the work men early in the morning. Drilling and banging noise. This was going on at 7-9am in morning

The location and parking was good. Breakfast was nice with a good selection.

Dirty dishes lying in reception area. Place felt grubby. Hotel having a refit so the route to our room was ridiculous. Door to outside from our section of hotel was open when it was a button exit, a huge security risk. This should have been unable to access from outside. Large black mould patch on the ceiling in bathroom. Not what I expected.

All staff really friendly. Staff in dining room particularly helpful. I have additional requirements for eating and the only suitable meal was unavailable. Changes made so I could adapt the menus for my needs. Thank you.
