Great location for the cricket

Car park, seems to be full of gym goers on a sat car park was more than full cars parked on verges etc

Perfect location for our trip on this occasion, very clean and comfortable accommodation, easily accessible lifts, polite and friendly staff available on hand.

Busy, lots of on site parking space but difficult to find a space close to the hotel. Confusing information regarding pre-payment for breakfast & evening meals failed to fully understand the concept behind this idea, use of app to order food not completely suitable for all guests.

Rooms very basic but clean Breakfast excellent quality ate once in the evening on our three night stay and the food is excellent basic menu but cooked so well this is how to serve food Star of our visit was the staff every single member we met honestly so very lovely nothing to much trouble at all thank you to you all the Village should be very proud excellent service

Location. Shower in the bathroom was properly walk in.

No air conditioning; the room was unbearably hot; no ventilation in the room (the window would only open slightly). Poor security (unaccompanied children knocking on doors in the evening and riding up and down in the lift). Hotel room was like room in a student hall of residence.
