Amrâth Hotel Eindhoven

Breakfast overpriced, but, good value hotel.

The room as expected for this type of hotel though the soaps and such were a little nicer than usual. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The decor in the hotel is above average for the price level as well. Parking however is very cramped and there are not many spaces. The biggest plus about this hotel is the amazing restaurant. We had the best meal of our entire trip there (sad to say for the other purpose built restaurants that we dined in). Definitely try the noodles with beef. The breakfast buffet is also very good.

The hotel is clean, quiet, and quaint. The room was small but very comfortable and the bed was a single, but very comfortable.

Great staff especially Chantal at check in. Half hour walk to centre. Clean. Easy to reach bus stop outside. Would recomend to stay here.

I got a single bedroom for 3 nights. It was in a good top floor position. Being a single room it was *very* small but it was comfortable. For some reason there is a continual loud banging of doors which should be easily addressed. There is a bus into the centre every 15 minutes from outside the hotel or it is a 20 mins walk into the centre.

If this hotel really has 4 stars, they should be very small.

Couldn't fault the room or the staff. Would definitely stay again. The only thing I would do differently is not have the hotel breakfast. It was expensive for what it was and not particularly nice. We went to breakfast at 9.00 am and the scrambled eggs were hard, the few beans left needed scraping out, the chocolate croissants were bullet hard, fruit looked unappetising. The bread was still nice and soft though and there were still a few meats and some cheese left. There looked to have been a good variety of items for earlier in the day. Possibly things would have been different if we had had breakfast earlier. The staff were pleasant though and despite overstaying out welcome (breakfast finished at 10.00) they did not try to hurry us.

Good size room and Windows that can be opened. Room temperature ok but did wake up a little hot and needed to open window.

I booked last minute for a business trip. Received a lovely greeting at reception who remembered me and enjoyed a lovely comfortable room on a cold wet night.
