This hotel is 10 minutes from versaille palace. It is near many restaurants including bakeries. Emmanuel at the front desk made our stay very personalized by helping us through out our stay. He was able to find us a great room around 10 a.m. He continued to assist us through out our stay.
Very comfortable stay, room a good size with a walk-in shower. About 20/25 minutes walk to Chateau Versailles. We ate in the restaurant for convenience, the menu was a little restricted but the food was fine. Staff all very polite and helpful. We parked in the underground car park for security. There are only about 30 carpark spaces which cannot be reserved so best to arrive as early as possible if you want a space. There was a fridge, kettle and tea tray, which was good to find. Overall we had a really nice two night stay.
The hotel was a decent Novotel with free on street parking. Everything was a good standard (as expected), and we parked on the street outside. However, the staff were excellent. We needed to get a vet to sign our pet passport and the receptionist was very helpful and got us an appointment at the animal hospital down the road. It's a 25 min walk (or get the bus to shorten that by 15 mins) to the Palace of Versailles. There are shops within 2-3 mins walk and a few restaurants a bit further away.
This hotel was not worth the price point. It's overrun with children and they turn off the air conditioning at night which defeats the purpose since that's when I'm in my room using it. We went to Versailles palace in the heat of summer and then had difficulty sleeping due to the stuffy room and noise throughout the night. Would not stay here again.

Great hotel and very friendly staff and service
Wgat can I say but that we had a wonderful stay. The rooms were clean, the beds super comfortable, the staff were friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was very good, my children loved the scrambled eggs, beans, pastries and breads. I enjoyed the freshly cooked Madeleines, although missed out on them due to an early breakfast on our last day. The location is good, Versailles chateaux is but 25 minutes walk away, the stations to Paris are tge same if you want to take the RER-C. There is an incredible boulangerie and patisserie nearby, and market too. We will be coming back again, and we hope to do so soon.
Front office reception was very helpful and quick. Took a few mins to check in and they helped in giving directions to me and even loaned me a power adapter for my electronic devices. Very helpful indeed.
We enjoyed our stay. The rooms were spacious and the cleanliness and service was excellent
Great location, good value, clean and comfortable. Definitely would stay there again!
