Very central and near the Barbican . Great bar and food , clean spacious well appointed rooms. Pool and sauna in a very nice leisure complex. Staff really helpful and friendly.

I had a very pleasant stay at Novo Hotel. The hotel is in a great location, with easy access to nearby attractions, shops, and restaurants. The breakfast was very good, with a nice variety of fresh options to choose from. My room was clean, comfortable.

The carpet in the room was stained, and the window safety lock was broken, which should be addressed. There was only a power socket on one side of the bed, and the USB charging ports were the older style. The toilet was separate from the shower and felt quite cramped, with no bin provided for feminine hygiene products. We also did not like the cartons of water provided in the room and would have preferred bottled
