The breakfast was outstanding with a huge variety to choose from .

Nothing everything was perfect . The food, the staff all were friendly and willing to help . First rate staff.

Pool very small and crowded with inadequate changing facilities

The hotel was in a good location, in a quieter area but still close enough you can walk into the centre, bus stops near by if needed too! The lobby and pool facilities were 10/10, the staff are very kind, and helpful, they also offer luggage storage which is helpful for the day of check out! The bar and food are great, the bar staff are so lovely! The breakfast here is £16 and 100% worth it, the food is such good quality and so many different things to choose from! All around 10/10 for me, would 100% stay again! There’s a lovely outside area which leads you along the river, it’s a lovely walk for the evening after swimming or just to have a little stroll along to see the sun set!

Nothing to do with the hotel, just personal preference, the mattress was on the firmer side and i like mine medium/soft! But overall still 10/10 room&stay

Bar area was good, kids enjoyed the pool!! EV chargers👍 evening and breakfast restaurant staff were excellent!
