The staff were very friendly & took the effort to speak 👏

Unfortunately the room had a carpet stains & the wall under the desk had splash marks up it.

"Base to explore Preston and surrounds"

Breakfasts were good with a nice selection, and at weekends, being available until later was a bonus. Entering your car details for parking was quick and effortless. Comfortable beds with a selection of pillows. Stayed on ground floor which is good as there is only 1 lift.

No drawers in the room for clothing so had to leave in suitcase.

Everything was great. We've stayed here before because it's handy for the M6, and the dog can accompany us. The breakfast was good, and all in all, it was excellent value for money.
