"Trip to Yellowstone and stayed at Best Western an old hotel."

Food is good, frontdesk staff is good. Room A/C equipment is old, carpets are little old. I booked it oline. While booking, it said we get free breakfast and free airport ride. Breakfast was not free. While booking, it did not say pets are allowed. In fact, pets are allowed. It is not a 4* star hotel, may be a 3* hotel built in 1970s? People are good, courteseous. Since I have allergies I felt uncomfortable at times. Over all good -7/10.

"Be aware of the price/night- changes nightly"

The staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was clean, but very basic. My issue with BW is that they do a variable rate system- BE AWARE- the price you book for the first night will not be the same price the second night or third night etc. BW will not refund you the difference in price, if you are unlucky enough not to notice the slight change in prices per night upon booking. (I chalked the increased total amount up to taxes and fees and did not realize the upcharges per night until itemized bill was provided at check out.) Buyer be aware.

Not a Best Western PLUS, just a Best Western. Pros: very friendly staff Cons: very outdated, dark, dingy building. Toilet clogged on first use. Very poor water pressure in shower. In need of a deep clean. Restaurant attached was just ok. Convenient. Staff very friendly. Unfortunately very slow. We ordered 3 appetizers and a burger. Took 30 minutes to get first appetizer, another 15 minutes for rest of food. Wait staff was clearly hustling though.

Not a 4 star hotel, just because of a tiny casino. Casinos on every block, nothing special. Restaurant was good, but you Must ask them to cook the meat well, or it will be raw!! People are nice. Rooms are old, outdated.
