I was spending the night with my three grandsons prior to a flight the next morning. When we checked in, Emma was able to upgrade us to a suite, which was so appreciated with three rambunctious boys, ages 3-8. The fact that it had a big jet tub was a highlight for them! I went to housekeeping to ask for an extra pillow and blanket. Jenny was there and she offered to help make the sofa bed for me, which was so sweet, and she was obviously an expert. As she finished, the youngest shut his finger in the safe, and she rushed off to get a bag of ice. The customer service was top-notch! Additionally, the room was clean, the beds comfortable, and the shower water hot. I can't ask for anything more and I highly recommend the BW Plus GranTree.

I have stayed at this hotel probably 6+ times over last 5 years. Its always clean and comfortable, but its starting to show some wear and tear. Nothing major, but noticed a rip in the hallway carpet, and quite a few wrinkes in carpeted common areas. Attached bar and restaurant are pretty good. Still recommend, just needs a little maintenance.

Enjoyed the overall friendly, busy atmosphere! The staff is fabulous, the food at the Club Tavern is fabulous, and housekeeping is too notch. Definetly recommend if you're look for a homey, local Montana experience. Will stay again. Until next time!

Hotel and restaurant staff were lovely, and the service was great. Room was nice, comfortable, and it was clean. T.V. channel selection was great. The Club Restaurant is a great and convenient place to dine and unwind after the workday is done.
