Fantastic spa Great value for money Rally made us feel so welcome and made sure we had everything we needed

The staff at the hotel were fantastic they could not do enough for us. The food was amazing 🤩. Room was lovely, could have done with air conditioning as the weather was extremely hot, but Ruby got us a decent fan. We didn’t get to see the surrounding areas as our dog (Bailey) was very poorly and we couldn’t take him out of the hotel grounds. We would definitely stay here again.

My sister and I both had a facial with Ellie and Olivia, and we couldn’t be happier with our experience. They were both so friendly, professional, and took the time to explain the treatment. It was genuinely the best facial we’ve ever had—I was so relaxed that I fell asleep! We both left feeling refreshed with glowing skin. We would highly recommend Ellie and Olivia and can’t wait to come back!

1. our room was well positioned away from the main public areas especially as there was a prom ball on the Saturday! 2. no air con but we managed with a standing fan and our room was not in direct sun 3. the games room and cinema room are great facilities 3. All of the staff we dealt with were superb. All were very pleasant and helpful. Especial mention of Laura and Julie in the restaurant and Daisy at Reception plus all bar staff.

This hotel was just right for our family needs at the weekend. A slight mistake on one cinema booking was sorted out promptly and compensated for. We had already visited to look at the facilities and these didn't disappoint so suggest you do the same and work out if it would suit you. It would be nice to have a jacuzzi!!!

Das Hotel war ansprechend, das Zimmer sauber und ordentlich.

Warum die schlechte Bewertung, das Haus war bis auf den Frühstücksraum überhitzt, im Zimmer und den Fluren Temperaturen von mit Sicherheit 30 Grad Celsius und, was viel schlimmer war, es gab keine Klimaanlage und die Fenster des Zimmers konnten maximal einen Spalt von höchstens 10 Zentimetern geöffnet werden. Man schwitzte im Zimmer ohne das man sich bewegte, an schlafen war nicht zu denken. Es gab nach Rückfrage auch keine Möglichkeit ein kühleres Zimmer zu bekommen. Das Frühstück war mäßig, kein kontinentales Angebot (Wurst/, Käse) die Säfte schmeckten mäßig und Obst gab es auch nicht viel.

Everything was good and well organised, however it was June and it was very hot and it in the 2 floor of rooms it was extremely hot, no air conditioning and it was hard to sleep. I liked receptionist Emma, she was very professional and helpful. And lady from Soa who done my facial Olivia.

Nice clean hotel

Quite far from centre

Nice room, comfortable, large TV, comfy armchair, quiet during the night (after party finished). There are EV chargers, Ac and DC chargers and they haven’t charged me so far. Plenty of parking. Swimming pool was nice, though busy, but it was Saturday. Good dining facilities, and outside spaces for sitting and relaxing.

No soft closers on the doors, the number of people who just let them slam. No glasses in the room. Fridge would have been nice (previous hotel had a fridge). Shower rather than bath. Toilet kept overflowing, stuck mechanism. Restaurant and bar were OK, but expensive, poor selection of beers (strictly speaking they didn’t have any proper beers just lagers). Food selection was a bit restricted, ordinary, boring.

We went to this hotel on spur of the moment. What a great find , all the staff was excellent, The swimming pool & spa were good . Definitely go Back next time I’m visiting stratford upon Avon
