Stratford Manor Hotel

Room was comfortable . enjoyed the spa facilities . Staff in the spa were lovely All the staff in the hotel and dining area were extremely friendly and helpful Enjoyed the breakfast and food in the dining room It was very clean everywhere Plenty of of parking

The room was on the ground floor so was a little dark . Lots of vegetation outside the window Minor problem , I felt some of the paint work in the corridors was scraped and scratched and needed a fresh coat of paint .

Lots of facilities like games room and swimming pool, sauna and steam room Breakfast was lovely Close to Stratford town and a public bus service that takes you into town that stops by the property

My boyfriend and I went here for our first ‘getaway’ for our 3 year anniversary - we are 17 and 18 and worried that the spa wouldn’t do treatments due to our age but the hotel was friendly, accommodating, safe, very clean, and modern! The service/staff were amazing in the reception, restaurant, bar and housekeeping and the rooms were beautiful! Thank you especially to Jade and Ellie ~ they were amazing in treatment and so so helpful (giving us cards and a price list and explaining what each product does) when we were purchasing a few ELEMIS products! The hotel is only 7 minutes away from Stratford Upon Avon centre so is close and accessible, I would definitely come back here, and hope we do soon!

My room was too hot. There was no air conditioning. When I mentioned how I was feeling they gave me 2 fans and 2 bottles if water. One looked liked a dehumidifier This was not enough. it had to have ice and water added at the top. The fans only part cooled the room. It still felt too warm and i still felt dreadful on waking up.I told the assistant manager I needed compensation for having 3 very bad nights and days.she didn't take me seriously this was the third day. Offered £50 I said this wasnt enough. Next day the morning of 22nd June I went to the staff at reception, told them I wasnt happy. Whilst on this stay instead of feeling well, I felt ill. I arrived well just hot. But well and left this hotel feeling ill. I felt there was no way round the situation becsuse I spoke to other guests and they had no air con. But after speaking to the last 2 staff on my last day they told me where I was situated was hotter. I had no idea that the ground floor could be cooler , but also I didnt know if it would be available to have a room because it was weekend and there was something going on in the function room, students were student graduation party celebrating a uni.party. so there wouldn't have been a room anyway for me. I was told id receive £116 equivalent of i night refund. The money hasn't been transferred yet. I paid £507 for 4 nights no bonuses like a breakfast or a free meal. The breakfasts were £14 pre booked price. So I had to go into town each day, just to get out of my hot room.

This was a fantastic hotel the food the staff and facilities were fabulous

Very friendly staff, quite location, swimming pool,take dogs.

Could have been cleaner,around pool and sauna area.extra staff on reception, no staff to book us in.Tennis courts could not be used.over grown.

Clean, lovely rooms, well provisioned and good quality.

No lift to our floor so we had to struggle with heavy cases while Two members of staff just stood and watched. When we asked for a trolley or if there was a porter, one shrugged and they both walked away.

1. location ideal for family get together 2. all rooms suitable in size and facilities for different family demands 3. breakfast very good; choice of food during the day excellent 4. spa facilities good 5. games room and cinema a very welcome - and well used - additional facility 6. every member of staff unfailingly polite, patient, helpful and efficient

Really can't fault our stay - although I would like a jacuzzi!!
