Stratford Manor Hotel

The whole experience was brilliant fron start to finish, very friendly and attentive staff always happy to help. The room was immaculately cleaned and well stocked, even with some added extras in the mini fridge which was a nice touch. The bed was very comfortable and given the hot weather we'd been having, the fan helped out a lot too. We chose the Superior King room which definitely gave us our moneys worth. The hotel overall has plenty to offer with the swimming pool which was lovely and warm. The facilities were brilliant, unfortunately we didn't have a chance to check out the games room or cinema. The breakfast buffet in the morning was delicious, with a great selection of hot food and pastries. The extra choices that were included from the kitchen were so tasty. The scrambled eggs were the best we've had and the pancakes were perfect. Cannot think of a signle fault really for the money, would highly recommend it.

Had a great day either way my sister. Highlight was the deep tissue massage and express facial by Olivia. Olivia was amazing. Only downside was the afternoon tea - shouldn’t have bothered upgrading and stuck to the light lunch option,

We had a wonderful stay at Stratford Manor while celebrating our 6th anniversary. Traveling with our 5-month-old baby, we found the hotel to be very accommodating and comfortable. The staff were welcoming, and the room was perfect for our needs—clean, quiet, peaceful and spacious which was exactly what we were looking for. We also loved the location, which made it easy to explore Stratford-upon-Avon at our own pace. It was the perfect base for our trip, and we truly appreciated the relaxing atmosphere after a busy day of sightseeing. We would definitely recommend this hotel to other families looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay!

The breakfast was okay, with standard options like the Full English, some pastries, and basic fruits. However, we felt it left a little to be desired in terms of variety and quality for a 4-star hotel. It was functional, but could definitely be more inspiring.

This hotel is a real mix of positives and negatives. Staff were fantastic. The check in (with I think it was Megan, we stayed 31st May) was warm and welcoming, fantastic with our young children. Waiting staff were wonderfully polite and helpful. Every member of staff we had contact with were amazing. They are the standout of the whole place. Games room-Positives were the pool table, table tennis and the football table. All in good order. Outside-Nice patio with giant guess who, jenga and connect 4. That chuck a bean bag through a hole game too. Very nice. Food-Dining area looks nice. Food is decent from the menu for the evening meal. Breakfast was very good. Wide range of choice for all. Room-Quiet and clean. Plenty of parking. Excellent location to visit Warwick Castle. Extras-The pool was very nice to take our children to.

Room-"All rooms feature a flat-screen satellite TV". Ours did not not. There were two showers, both leaked. We arrived the day after the really hot weather started to cool a little, but it was still warm. The room was quite uncomfortable. There is ac all through the hotel, but not in the rooms. We had a fan on its last legs which had 3 speed settings, but only the lowest worked and the windows only open about 30cms. I would not recommend staying here in humid or temp above 23. Food-We ordered the burgers and a children's pizza. The chips, coleslaw and bread were nice. The burger itself was like cardboard. The pizza was overloaded with cheese. The desserts (creme brulee, brownie kids and triple brownie) were all good, but the price of all the food was high for the quality. The food was OK, but poor value for money. 23 quid for a burger and 14 for a brownie as far as I remember. For the quality I would expect to pay 14 and 8 respectively. Games room-Two computer games systems, neither worked. Air hockey table does not work.

The location is really good, close to Stratford and is pure countryside around. Nice place to relax The rooms are always clean and the pool and sauna well organised. Makes you enjoy and relax. The staff is very helpful and polite, many thanks to Zoe who help me a lot make this experience better.

Great peaceful location 5 minute drive from Stratford spotlessly clean rooms and hotel. Staff couldn’t do enough for you. Bar meals and restaurant meals are some of the best I have ever had in a hotel. Breakfast exceptional quality. Leisure facilities were excellent for the family. Lovely pool and steam room. Would highly recommend this hotel.
