Stratford Manor Hotel

Very pleasant surroundings. Unfortunately I did not have time to use the pool/wellness centre. I will come back..

Only comment is staff could have been more attentive, very business like.., but pleasant

The room was fairly appointed. A fridge would have been nice, especially in the warmer weather.

If was a long way to the room from reception, with some unavoidable steps.

Great location and facilities.

We stayed in a family room where the smell of the dog was strong. It was clean but I think they should ask if you are ok in an animal friendly room instead assuming you are ok. I wasn't.

Breakfast was excellent, lovely staff , hot and cold food, plenty of choice and very tasty.

No air con in the room , it was too hot. A fan was provided but ours was very old and didn’t work very well , our friends had a more modern one in their room which was much better

From the moment we arrived we had an amazing experience. Every member of staff was exceptional! Always friendly and happy to help. Matt on the bar was a true delight. Megan and David in the restaurant were extremely attentive. The food was of a very high standard. Every meal we had was delicious and well presented. Laura, who checked on us multiple times while we were enjoying the outside space, was so friendly and helpful. All the staff we encountered on reception were always smiling and happy to help. The spa ladies were just as kind and helpful. The treatments we had were out of this world. Promoted as rituals, I can confirm they really were! Every member of staff we encountered was happy to help. It really felt like the staff were one big family and whatever you wanted was never too much trouble. Would recommend the Stratford Manor for a spa weekend. We will definitely be going back!
