I liked the location. The desk worker was pretty nice as well.

In our room, the tub wouldn't drain at all. TV wouldn't turn on and we had no remote at all. The AC barely blew air at all. It took almost 6 hours to go from 82 in the room to 75. I truly feel as though I should get at minimum a partial refund. Worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Without question. Went to front desk 3 different times. Each time it had a sign stating be back shortly. I wanted to ask to switch rooms. I highly doubt yall will refund me anything even tho half what a guest pays for in the room didn't work. This is why it's better to not use 3rd party sites for bookings. If there's an issue. They don't care. Maybe that's changed with this booking app. But I highly doubt it.

Used toilet paper roll on the tub, electrical boxes hanging out of the walls. I did not stay. I'm still waiting for my refund.

Cleanest poor. Burned bedding. Floors slippery bad smell.

No hot water, burn holes in the bed, check out is at 11 but maid comes knocking at 930 and returns every 30 mins. When you ask for anything they tell you it will be a little while but never bring it. Tv barely works

Needed stuff in the bathroom like toilet paper towels cleaning staff was very rude and sent some crackhead to my room with a additude said he was with the cleaning crew

Bed was comfortable

Location- near interstate - could hear the traffic. No coffee pot in room. One towel per person.
