Worn out, filthy, equuipment mallfunction

Property itself is good

Not a dang thing, I come in my towel. I had stains on it look like it might even invent some blood on dirt is roaches in my bed sheet my bedspread had cigarette burning holes in it, and then I got roaches above me doing the Michael Jackson moonwalk and telling me to beat it

Location

Outdated room, bathroom...everything. Yellow or dark stains on bed sheets, pillow cases and towels. Leaking toilet (wet floor).

Nothing.

The blankets had about 20 burn holes in them. Walls was nasty. Heat didn't work good.

No handrails in handicap room 110 shower at Lovel Road Econo Lodge. No continental breakfast as advertised either.

It was close to my work

It was dirty, has bugs, no housekeeping, and room had damages

In all my years of traveling. This was by far the most disappointing, disgusting, filthy, nasty, gross room I've ever had to stay at for even a short period of time....i payed $75 but the roaches were free...thank goodness I've never been in a situation like this before..the roaches were by the dozens and I was dropped off so I could not leave until morning...the girl at desk said i was lying because they had pest control last week...thats one of the biggest lies ever...hotels.com made me take pictures but by morning the roaches went back into hiding...I'm traumatized and the front desk refused a refund and hotels.com did not give me a refund ...I cant imagine a grosser situation. A motel in business just for the sake of money and nothing else....would not have imagined a motel so nasty listed on ] hotels.com!!!!!. I sent photos WITH AN EMAIL LINK YOU SENT TO ME.

We only needed this as a rest stop for our trip so we choose it based on price, location, and the fact it advertised a free continental breakfast. When we went to the lobby to have breakfast before continuing our travels there was nothing there. We asked the person at the desk what time the breakfast was available. We were told with a smile that it would have been available at the time we showed up but they weren't offering it.
