Econo Lodge Knoxville West - Turkey Creek

I WAS quoted a price form Hotels.com but was charged extra at the Hotel. Not happy about that. I basically paid the amount of of an extra day!

Unfortunately,it was not as advertised on Hotel.com’s offerings. Holes in the walls, rust stains on the sheets- other stains on the bedspreads . No breakfast - “we don’t do that anymore .” Never again. I feel bad for the desk clerk- the only employee in sight. He was great.

The room was okay for the price. The room wasn't disgusting, just not like the pictures at all. It seemed clean.

There is no laundry on site, The room was okay, but we booked a king and got two doubles, but when we checked in the non-English speaker said they were putting us in a two bedroom... There is a reason we book a king as my partner is 6'4" and a big guy. The shower head is for little people and sprayed one thin stream.

Its as if the room has not been cleaned. Sheets with stain, bathroom wall has a hole and the property

It served the purpose for what we needed. Grateful to have it available for us.

We had to go back to the office to find out how to work the remote. They should have told us from the beginning. He was very friendly and helped us right away. There were holes in the walls that needed to be patched up

This property was very old with very basic amenities. No blow dryer and towels were dirty.
