Nice place, great stuff, good food, enjoyed the pool entertainment like zumba, water exercises.... Great shows in the evenings. Thank you!!!

disapointed in the buffet options, not kid friendly, and very repetative, my kids were hungry at times, My relative got sick from the pizza at the snack bar too

Enjoyed our stay at hotel, but would have liked a coffee machine in my room, had to go down get coffee - no room service - room was very clean - had good view of ocean - food at times was questionable but over all not bad - breakfast & Lunch was good - staff were very friendly - helpful -

Property is old and needs to be rebooted… Please don’t have kids on the side of the swim up bar… Should be an adult/kids section walkways from the pool to lobby are very slippery… Put down mats… Food at the snack bar terrible… Beach bar closes way too early!

The hotel is very good - the facilities which are kept spotless, rooms are nice, location is great - centrally located on the beach, food is very good with selection and quality, local weather was perfect - all add up to a great experience. What puts this hotel ahead of many others is the GREAT staff - the people who serve the customers. There are too many to name without forgetting someone - Andreas and Jhorge, Guillermina, Santos, Jhohnny, Gilberto, Anel, Bere, Adrian, Corina, Jesus, Manuel . . . The band played each night Armando, Jose, Manuel, Paco - EXCELLENT. All around, a great holiday. Cannot wait to return.

Absolutely loved it - only down was there was no mini fridge in the rooms. Def would come back though!

This hotel has a great location right on Ixtapa beach. The pool has very loud music & activities, all afternoon, so we tended to retreat to the quieter beach palapas. Music pounded from speakers well into the wee hours of the morning on many nights. It is very crowded over weekends, when Mexican families arrive in busloads from Mexico City, Morelia, etc. I recommend no children be allowed by the pool bar. The Staff is outstanding and extremely friendly! The food buffet was very good with a large variety of salads, fish and Mexican food. I recommend they change the Chill out Lounge to a good Restaurant with service.
