The hotel is gorgeous. It's actually a spot where tourists take photos from outside. Very nice, helpful staff. Comfortable beds, big bathroom. Location is right in the middle of the city

There are a couple of issues preventing me from giving a perfect score: no air conditioning, there's a fan in the room but when temperatures outside reach 90 degrees it's not enough. Only one power outlet on each side of the bed. You can either connect the lamp or your phone. In these times it's inconvenient.

Hotel is perfect location in the historic center. Amazing old architecture and beautiful piano music every morning till lunch. Amazing staff and very friendly and very helpful. Would love to come back

Beautiful properly. It’s a wonderful experience. Everything is walking distance and accessible.

Hotel is very well situated in the historic center of the city and is an easy walk to the main plaza and restauraunts and bars. The hotel building is interesting and an old colonial home and has hardly been changed from its original form. The rooms are very large, plenty of space, but are very limited in what they offer. We received one small bar of soap and one small shampoo, there are no coffee making facilities nor glasses to have a drink. There is no bar in the hotel and they shut the main door at 8pm, although you can knock to get in. Restaurant doesnt operate in the evening. We did have breakfast in the hotel, it was excellent and it was really enjoyable to have live piano music accompanying the food. It certainly is a different experience and would be worth it for those interested in old historical colonial homes. It is very safe walking out from the hotel in the evening.

An amazing historic property. Not for everyone, because lack of an elevator might be inconvenient for some But it is a beautiful spot, and the staff were excellent.. A lovely spot to start your walks through town and to the many, many restaurants.

Very gorgeous old building and picture of interior. We went there just for breakfast so we can’t comment on the rooms, but the hotel is definitely a must visit for at least a meal! They had live music in the foyer which was spectacular. Do not miss
